half the time I try to log in the app glitches, telling me my session timed out no matter how many times I dismiss the prompt and try to log in again. and when I do end up getting through, a large percentage of the time I'm met with an empty screen, where I've logged into the app but I still can't see my accounts. To use this app I have to open it, then close it, then reopen it so I can actually log in.

I love the app very user-friendly. My mobile check deposit is a very nice feature, and it says a lot of time. HOWEVER, they just update the app, and it's login option SUCKS. it used to be able to use saved login information now you have to verify your username and password every single time you log in since they did the update

Overall a nicely setup tool. It's definitely improved over the last year of updates. The whole thing used to run so slow, and now it's pretty peppy. At the moment, my only gripes are the weird delays with the check cashing feature, the super-loud shutter sound you can't turn off when taking check images, and the problems with trying to open a CD or new account on it. The information button crashes the screen, and there doesn't seem to be a way of checking the going interest rates first.
