Remote check deposit is a godsend. It takes a steady hand to align the camera with the check AND you need to hold the camera steady for 3 seconds after you hit the shutter to avoid photo blur. Update: the camera now clicks automatically when the app thinks alignment is correct. ***UPDATE *** Check deposit has been improved so that you don't have to hold the camera steady for prolonged periods.

One of the most conveluted and backwards apps/ websites I have ever used. I don't understand how this is so well rated. The amount of verification and back/forth calls I had to make just to get my log in to work and an external payment method set up is more difficult and unnecessary than any other bank I have ever dealt with. This is further exacerbated by the fact that the app constantly bugs out and loads a blank white or black screen and logs you out within 5 minutes.

When you pay your credit loans through the app, it says the loan has been paid but it doesn't actually make the payment. I figured this out after getting a 25.00 late charge and notifications of no payment from the bank. This app is garbage and rarely works. I won't be trusting it again and deleting and making payment by phone which then charges me another 4.95 just to process it on the phone since their online banking doesn't work. Will never bank here again. Worst credit union.
