don't like that you can't see the merchant's name under transactions with quick view, they all just say "withdrawal debit card" etc. defeats the point in my opinion. don't like that there are 2 landing pages, 1 when you open the app, then the login landing page. newest updates just create more steps to login and review the account. lastly, wish the session timer wasn't so short, when i'm paying bills and moving between multiple apps, it's inconvenient to have to continuously sign in.

Overall, the app is great, 5 Stars. But the short time limit on taking pics of checks for mobile deposit, 3 Stars. I'm 76, and by the time I call up check deposit, enter the amount, select front, balance my elbows on table, get within range ..."sorry you've timed out". And then sign all the way back in, and start over, trying to be faster!

This app sucks! It's frequently down which means you can't check your bank info. It's currently a Tuesday morning, during banking hours, and their app is STILL down AGAIN!! This happens at least 3-4 times a month for several hours at the most inopportune times. So then you have to go out of your way to find an ATM to try and get your balance.
