Ratings and reviews

The app has changed from a professional appearance with intuitive controls to something that looks as though it was put together in a college dorm room. I have used it for years as my primary source for banking, I now dread having to stumble around it again searching for controls / functions that have once again been changed or moved. It is about function and convenience otherwise the customer has no need to use it. If it does not improve I will be finding another place to park my $$$.

Easy to use It's still the easiest app to use. I love it! I love this app, easy to manage, and now, don't have to keep a minimum balance or any amount of deposits. I like that I can send money with Zelle but sometimes it comes back with can't process right now. The app needs to be fixed. Still love my AFCU! Still loving my AZFCU! Still loving the app! But now having issues when I log in. It's not remembering my username even though it's on there, it switches to password and I have to redo it

Overall, the app is great, 5 Stars. But the short time limit on taking pics of checks for mobile deposit, 3 Stars. I'm 76, and by the time I call up check deposit, enter the amount, select front, balance my elbows on table, get within range ..."sorry you've timed out". And then sign all the way back in, and start over, trying to be faster!
