Why would you trust this bank? Their app doesn't work. Their webpage doesn't work. You can change the password and then log in 2 days later the the saved password doesn't work. You save your fingerprint to skip their trash login and it decides your finger print isn't enough and wants you to sign in and the app, again, doesn't know your password when you just logined in with in the day before. ESL isn't a secure bank because it's very acces process doesn't function. They're worthless.

Thumb print feature doesn't work anymore and will not turn back on whenI reset it....I have to reinstall the app. Sometimes I have to sign in multiple times if I don't remember to log out of each session. Just doesn't seem to be anymore convenient than just signing in manual to the website.

Absolutely AWFUL Update! The new navigation buttons at the bottom are HORRIBLE. I simply want to make a TRANSFER from one account to the other, and now I cannot find that option at all!!!! This option should be front and center! I cannot express how incredibly frustrating this is! When the words on the navigation buttons are getting cut off because of lack of space for characters, its POOR DESIGN. CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!!!! JFC
