I can't log-into my account again. Most times it's on Hold and I can't get access to the info that's needed to make a transaction, pay a bill+ track essential info regarding my finances. I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to log-in. And again i must contact the bank,or go in-person which is extremely difficult. I don't have a vehichle,+ i don't have family to help.

Hate that the fingerprint lock disappears willy -nilly, and needs a phone call, during business hours, to reset. Also hate the way the Visa account shows(separate link to show transactions, not very reliably linked, doesn't show everything, payments aren't acknowledged in a timely fashion. When not locked out, I do like the way the account information is displayed, and the ability to deposit online.

It's a decent app. The major issue I have is that in the bill pay area, you can't scroll through your payees on subsequent attempts. Every time you pay a bill and then click on "pay another bill" the app won't let you scroll to the bottom of the payee list. You have to log out and log back in everytime. Very frustrating.
