I'm the last month, the main accounts screen just loads blank more than half the time. Just all white, can't see anything. I have to go to internal transfer to see my balance but can't see if all transactions have cleared. This used to work great but now it's just annoying and useless, if I can't even see my accounts correctly.

Easy to use for most features. Currently doesn't permit transfers between members which makes it less convenient for our teens. Cannot change a payment rule in app, have to log into on computer for that. Payments that are scheduled that day do not show in pending payments or in account, so it's tough to track if money is tight.

Member for almost 4 decades. In my opinion, if one is not using this credit union, they are missing out on banking. 6 out of 5 stars for the staff, who work hard to build a positive banking relationship with their members (not customers or account holders, or account numbers). I use the app all the time. I rarely go to the branch. Member-Member transfers feature has been in the works forever! Insurance, credit cards, and investments, I tried to use, but personally went nowhere.
