Easy to navigate, all info available: Never any problems with the app. When the app and online banking will be down for maintenance or any other reason, the information is given clearly and with enough advance notice. The same options and info are available on the app, matching online banking. Navigating from one section to another is a breeze, and access to "My Accounts" is always available, no matter what section of the app is open.

well they used to be an amazing credit union. they used to actually care about their customers. now they're impossible to get one the phone, the automated system is completely garbage, and hold times are regularly 2+ hours. on this particular day im a bit impatient. im trying to close on a house but cant because these people do not answer calls.
