Almost every time I tried to do a mobile deposit, it would prematurely time out, making it impossible to do a deposit. UPDATE: I got new phone and app works much better. UPDATE 4 YR AFTER LAST REVIEW. Works well. Nice feature is being able to see under Checks/ History a copy of checks deposited. Just wish I could print them. UPDATE: New version works well. I just wish on deposits, the app wld insist u choose the acct to which deposit will be made, instead of defaulting to last deposit account.

11.10.2018 UPDATE: It got better! Provides a clear accurate picture just about every time. I like the idea and the convenience of depositing checks with my phone. But I had to take the picture of my signature 5 times because that part was cut off...contrasting background and all. Needs to get better. 04.30.16 update: It's better...thanks! 10.21.2017 update: moved down to 3 stars. Why did I have to retake the back of the check 5 times because it won't take it square...angled and chops off the corners. Keeping it box? Check! On a back background? Check! Camera held still? Check!... Other suggestions?

I have had the app before but got a different phone so I reinstalled. No problems! This is my second rating. Every time I try to deposit a check, it goes back to sign in after the front of picture is taken. I then have to sign in again, take front of check, then goes back to sign in and picture of front of page disappears and I have to retake it. After about 3 times, it is successful.
