Poor bill pay section. Capital One 360's app does ot right. As soon as you make a bill pay, it immediately updates your available balance total. Leaders doesn't do that, they wait until it is posted. This can cause issues of how much money is able to be accessed. So making a payment on a Saturday, won't show until Wednesday. This is why I'm looking for a new bank.

Tried to use your card app to pay my cc bill. The app does not work. Employees try to blame my phone. They suggested I try the desk top version to pay my cc on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Now that does not properly work. I have had issues three different times and NOTHING WORKS. Your apps performance is UNACCEPTABLE. Seeing as you are closed Monday I can't pay my bill when I want. so much for convenient banking. You will be sling a very unhappy customer on Tuesday

Awesome people to work with in the different branches. They will guide you straight through the process weather it be regular banking, investing, auto loans or a mortgage. App is simple and easy to use with everything you need at the touch of a button.
