This app USED to work decently enough. It was a fair option for my dad to deposit checks since he has limited mobility. NOW however it cuts off the edges of the document, won't let me adjust the corners of the capture field, and then consistently gives an error message saying the edges are not visible as if the app itself isn't the REASON WHY. SUPER FRUSTRATING. Now I'm stuck making frequent in person trips to the bank for this simple task. Makes me want to switch to chase.

I've been a customer for over 35 years . I've never had a problem with this bank.. They pay close attention to your activity and if there's any question , they'll alert you immediately.

Fabulous service! Wish it would extend into after hours due to my graveyard shifts! It is very convenient!
