Used to love, but recently, the update is bad. I cannot log in on the mobile app. It just shows the loading icon and goes for 15 minutes and still doesn't load. I waited that long one day to see. So yea that's the major downside for me anyway at this moment. I cannot access my accounts through my moble app

So far my experience with this bank is much superior to my other two banks in every way. Diligent people friendly tellers. It's centuryly located off of highway. It's right next to Minnie Mall. Plenty of free parking. In superior customer service. But the digital part of check deposit is getting progressively worse and customer support is idiotic.

Opened an account last week. Called the 978 number on the card. That lady's miserable, unhelpful attitude, did NOT go un noticed! I can't get my account balance or any of my information to set up the mobile app, and after my last experience, I'm not sure I want to. Setting up the account was a breeze. But if I'm going to get that miserable attitude every time I need help, I'll gladly go somewhere else!! That lady needs a class on customer service and respect!
