I've been a customer at East Cambridge Savings Bank for over 37 years. It was my first Savings and checking account I ever opened on my own. I don't live that close to there branches anymore so having direct deposit and the app I'm able to keep my account and check my balance or withdrawals for my bill payments and more.

There is a major bug with the app. All of a sudden all of my outside transfer accounts are all gone. So sending money to my family or paying my mortgage (cause I use a group account for that) is not possible. Luckily if you log in from the website everything is normal, but this NEEDS to be fixed ASAP.

Can't use the app or the website. The app crashes constantly, and when it actually lets you in it's incredibly slow. I have a medical bill that needs to be paid but can't because of this. Considering switching my accounts to a bank with a reliable user interface.
