While taking/retaking photos of my check and finally got good images, the app told me I was time out and logged me out of the app. Wasting my time and had to start over. The inability to view the photo of the back of the check is another major shortcoming. It gave me a thumb up but when I looked at the picture after the submission, it was clearly a blur and out of focus.

I have been using online banking for years and it is great-first time I tried mobile banking to deposit a check-the front photographed great first time-the back not so much-with my shaky hands it just didn't want to accept the the picture-totally understand seeing the signature is important but you can't help shaky hands as you age. Maybe I'll give it another try whenever I have a paper check to deposit-the concept is great as long as it doesn't take me a half an hour to do it. Thanks

Have had this bank for years and have been very satisfied. The app has also worked very well for as long as I've had it, a few years at least. It is also fairly straightforward and much easier to use then other banks apps that I use.
