I really love this app! Transfers are so quick and easy, logging in is easy and fast. If you accidentally lock yourself out (I forgot my password), it's very simple to confirm your identity and set everything straight. Also, you can see what charges are pending and what chargers have already been processed. This app is so helpful! Plus, it's VERY easy to use!

I'm ok with the app for the most part. A smoother UI would be helpful. Maybe a way to back out of a section of the app, without completely backing out to the main page. A more timely way to get updates for micro transactions, when verifying amounts. For example when adding, or linking other accounts. It takes too long, and the micro transfers are no longer valid by the time I get the update. A notification would be great for deposits, and account activity.

I have banked with Queensboro Bank for 20+ years. They have always been outstanding. This new app allows me to bank on the go, check balances, deposits, etc. at a glance. The chat line is amazing!! Always there to help in case I have a question about a transaction
