Used to work great for me. For the past few months I keep getting the error message- sorry can't display. Apparently, so have many others. Like some of the others mentioned, I also have an Android galaxy 9, so I guess even though it claims to be compatible, it's not. Now I'll have to take time off work to deposit my checks bc their website doesn't have a mobile deposit option.

App has been glitchy! Won't let me deposit checks because the photo keeps getting cut off. Tried auto capture and manual! It shows the capture window to the edges of the check but the image it takes is shifted down so the bottom of the check isn't showing up. PLEASE FIX THIS!! this is one of the only reasons I use the app!! Update: It is fixed

The app is saying that my information cannot be displayed at this time. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the app and it still isn't coming up. It's been happening for 5 days now. Not happy Officially deleting the app because it's not working for over a week 6/10/24 App hasn't worked on my phone since the last update on 4/16/24. There is no way of getting in contact with anyone to let them know about this issue!!!!!
