adding to below, the messages are useless, so deduct a star. when I open the app I get a backlog of text messages all at once. not very helpful. mobile deposit has been good for like a year. much smoother. *** prior review: Even though the App has had some rough times, they have worked them out. I appreciate having this banking to rely on to help manage my bills and finances. It took a while, going forward I hope Valley keeps maintaining the user Interface. Thanks

I would strongly caution against using this bank. Zero issues transferring money in, but as soon as I attempted to transfer money out (less than what was transferred in and well-within their limits), my account was placed on hold, claiming it couldn't verify my identity, requiring me to contact a 1-800 number. Once I finally was able to speak to someone, they informed me they couldn't help, because it was after 5pm EST. Strange there was no issue transferring even larger amounts of money in...

App has been glitchy! Won't let me deposit checks because the photo keeps getting cut off. Tried auto capture and manual! It shows the capture window to the edges of the check but the image it takes is shifted down so the bottom of the check isn't showing up. PLEASE FIX THIS!! this is one of the only reasons I use the app!! Update: It is fixed
