I have used many different banking apps because of living in different areas of the country and this by far the worst when it comes to taking pictures. Of checks. It always causes me to take many pictures because it seems to rarely think that the picture is clear. This time it kept saying to show the endorsement which was perfectly clear. I finally gave up and decided to send it with the "endorsement not seen" because of the frustration. We'll see it its accepted. It has been before!

Love that you added Zelle. Fast, easy app but I would make 1 change to the app design. The location button is right above the fingerprint scanner on my phone so when I try to log in, it feels the heat of my finger getting close and send me to find a bank location instead of logging me in to my acct. Need to move that so people don't have to attempt a log in 4-5 times.

intuitive, efficient, and convenient. I do have trouble from time to time with the camera function: It is often hard to get the check in the right light so that the camera works properly. Also, wish it had a bigger deposit minimum. I live 45 minutes from a branch, so it's very frustrating to have to drive to the branch to deposit a check because it's $50 over my minimum.
