Ratings and reviews

A solid app, but it's stability is questionable. Multiple times it's denied access to my account because of errors and poor connection to the host bank. "Service is unavailable at this time". Is no excuse for a poor banking platform.

This app was very well put together for someone that doesn't know how to use a Computer.

this app is the worst. I'm leaving fncb bank because this app sucks so bad. takes 30 tries to get a pic of a check, then they won't cash it anyway because you failed to write a 30 word essay on it. went to fncb and asked them to close the account. a month later I'm getting collection notices because they didn't close it, charged me fees and overdrafted my account that was supposed to be closed. STAY AWAY from this scam of a bank and horrible app.
