Creating a perfect image of the check requires near photo studio quality lighting in your home, and even then it's grainy and 1992 Xerox quality at best. I don't understand why they don't allow the use of our built in flash - the image would be so much better!!! I can realistically drive to the bank, wait in drive through and deposit for the same lost time I spend re - taking the image. Currently is glitchy & won't even let me access the deposit section.

Can not use the app more than 1 time unless I clear the cache. Just opens to the logo and a white background instead of the blue background, then practically hangs my phone, until I wait forever for background/recent apps to load.

Worst Bank EVER. Cash transactions, checks and even if wire money to here, it will now be accessable for quite some time, up to two weeks! The "services" offered here are a big fat middle finger to YOU. I do admit, this new app is an upgrade from the last one. But the services are still terrible and THE LEAST CONVIENANT. Do not use this bank.
