the widget isn't working on Android phones right and they haven't fixed the website still regarding recovering your password - the options provided don't work because they apparently no longer do it that way but they didn't bother to change the website/app so you'll wait for a passcode that you'll never get (email option) or can't use even if you do get it (cell phone option) - the CSR told me they stopped doing this "ages ago" so why is the website and app STILL not corrected?!

This app is the worst of all my accounts. It's impossible to get into your account once your locked out for too many wrong password attempts. Even when they email you the "RIGHT" username..... it's wrong!! How do I know...... the original is still on my log in screen!! This app is thee worse!! It's been this way for a long time and hasn't been fixed. This is why I didn't want to make this my main acct.

When i transfer money between accounts it keeps saying retrieving infirmation, i can not log out, i must close window, log back in to make sure it went through. I always does, but very frustering. Otherwise great app, easy to use.
