There is a point in the process where the payment does not appear on the scheduled payments and does it show on last date of payment. It just seems to be in limbo and one cannot be sure if that payment was made.

This app is the worst of all my accounts. It's impossible to get into your account once your locked out for too many wrong password attempts. Even when they email you the "RIGHT" username..... it's wrong!! How do I know...... the original is still on my log in screen!! This app is thee worse!! It's been this way for a long time and hasn't been fixed. This is why I didn't want to make this my main acct.

Simply cannot mobile deposit checks. I've tried everything. It will not recognize the endorsement. Update 9/19/20: I've updated the app a few times. Still having this issue. Front side of check scans fine. Back side always gives me an error message. Update 6/17/21: still doesn't work and app developer doesn't seem to care.
