I think the app is not nearly as smooth and efficient as was the app for Two River Community Bank. Takes too long, often logs off in mid-transaction, asks too many times to confirm that I can read the check. Additionally, the log-on is also not as efficient. As you plug in your password you should be able to see what you're punching in so as to make sure it is correct before selecting "sign in", a feature that the TRCB app did provide.

The fingerprint sign-in feature is EXTREMELY inconsistent and therefore makes the app either very easy or very time consuming to open. Mine has done away with the fingerprint optimization yet again, and I'm so sick of it switching all the time. Please bring it back, it makes the app so much easier and fluid.
