app is not reliable! I had deposited 4 income checks 4 months in a row by mobile deposit. I received a confirmation number for each. 2 months later I was informed by my source that the checks were NEVER cashed! Ocean never picked this up and had no explanation for this lapse! They send me a text for most purchases, no matter how small, but have no way to figure out that fairly large deposits were not processed???. I am thinking about changing banks.

I've really had no problems with this app. Except mobile app. I still haven't had a chance to get back on and figure it out yet. I'm very disappointed my branch closed and now the closest one is a 20 min drive when used to be 5 min. I don't want to change banks again. I've had my acct for years.I am still learning my way around this app. Until then I hope another branch opens closer to me again soon.

The worst mobile banking app and the worst bank! Very slow and unresponsive when depositing checks! Keeps asking you to look at the front of the check and see if your signature contains "For Mobile Deposit Only". First of all, my signature goes on the back, so I can't really see it in the front to verify, stupid! Second, what other bank makes you write that on every check? I have BofA, Chase, Capital One and never had such issues with them and they also don't charge me $6/month to keep my money!
