I think the app is not nearly as smooth and efficient as was the app for Two River Community Bank. Takes too long, often logs off in mid-transaction, asks too many times to confirm that I can read the check. Additionally, the log-on is also not as efficient. As you plug in your password you should be able to see what you're punching in so as to make sure it is correct before selecting "sign in", a feature that the TRCB app did provide.

Best bank ever, best app. This was my bank when I lived in NJ and it's still my bank the last seven years I have lived in Florida. They are helpful, friendly, and I don't pay fees. The app is convenient and user friendly 😀

First I waited 26 minutes for a call back about a problem depositing a check. I called back and entered the number for a department for lost cards Before that I spoke with Shonda who said delete the and app and then the open a new app. The phone answering is unacceptable. I was sitting at another bank & we waited 14 minutes before I hung up. At home when I open rating screen, I am read you want me to enter my acct. #. Never enter that info publicly.
