too many times it doesn't load details or I'll log in and it immediately says it timed out forcing me to log in again.

The app functions perfectly, but it should be more modern with additional features (i.e. transferring funds to other members)

this app is amazing it's so simple to maneuver through it's so simple to pay your mortgage through if you have a mortgage through this bank it is very easy to transfer money I'm telling you if you want something simple and you're not computer literate this is the way to go I really enjoy this App.
