Update 09/2019: still get stuck at "verify your identity" page with no option. App still sucks. Haven't been able to log in through my android mobile phone in weeks! I get stuck on the step-two of the two step security check and can't even get into my account. The only option available to use is the log-off toggle. If wasn't always like this! Please fix this!

You can't change the CC balance due date or pay it off with an external account. To do so on the website, you have to go through a mind-bogglingly unintuitive process through another company's website. You want to set up automatic CC payments? Cool, just contact support, they'll send you a PDF to fill out, then just send it back to them 😐 Also defaults to paper statements. This bank is definitely living decades in the past.... The app also shows message indicators but no corresponding messages.

I can conveniently access my accounts with this app but I am confounded why EVERY check I deposit is ALWAYS rejected on the first attempt. Error messages concern the date of check or whether endorsement is correct. In each case, the date is clear and within the time period and the checks are endorsed properly. In fact, I never re-check these issues but simply select Deposit Again and it goes through. Very frustrating. 12/30/19 problem persists
