Love the app, love the people and customer service I've received since becoming a member. Everything is great about the app. Easy, simple, and clean cut. Really like fast balance and the widget for checking my balances. The only 1 thing I'd love to see is a dark mode setting. This would be tremendous as some people really benefit from not having such a blinding experience when utilizing. Other than than, Perfecto!

This app was working on my android phone for long time. Then I made an upgrade and the app didn't work anymore. It is an excellent application. I really love this app. I was doing all my transactions online. Then I removed it to reinstall it, and now says that LG V30 is not compatible and doesn't let me install it. 2nd try. Somebody from your IT found out that my phone needed an Android upgrade from 7.0 to 8.0 and boom, is working. Thanks

This application worked flawlessly. Been using for many years. From all the reviews I've seen for the new "Mobile Banking App" that has been introduced to regular customers. Looks like your developers really dropped the ball on the new application, and I will not be downloading it. I might even be considering switching financial institutions after 20+ years. Security and convenience of this application was spot on. I truly hope you get it figured out with the new app.
