the bank is great and everyone is super friendly and top tier professionals! but the app is a different story, it works when it wants to and thats rarely ever. freezes and glitches a lot too. but not being able to transfer funds when needed is very stressful ! worst app on my phone and i have some pretty stupid ones for the kids. but when it does decide to work its great.....the bank itself gets a 10/10 this app gets a -2/10.

Update has ruined the app. It takes forever to load if it loads at all. And the user interface is hideous. It's not at all apparent that you can tap into your accounts to see transactions. It wasn't broken... stop "fixing" it.

I like the app. My difficulty is in depositing a check using the app. I have a difficult time getting an acceptable picture and holding steady for the required amount of time necessary.
