Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't include all transactions immediately. If you don't use your PIN, there is a significant delay in when it shows in the transaction history on the app. Your available balance shows higher than it actually is for up to 1-2 days. That makes it very difficult to budget/track appropriately. Especially when you have more than one person and card on one account. It's incredibly frustrating. Also, not having the ability for each person on the account to have the app with their own login.

Pretty easy to deposit checks! So much more convenient than driving to the Credit Union. I have trouble getting pictures of the checks I'm depositing. It takes a long time, but it could be because of my tremor. I seem to need to set a new password pretty often. Today I had to call Mazuma because the app was not working and I was asked to try later, but the person I spoke with had no information the app was down. He suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which I did. New password needed

Advertisements in this app are a great distraction as I'm trying to take care of business. Thinking of moving my money to Arvest. This is a shame as I've been with Mazuma a long time. No ads in Arvest's app and no distractions. This app is pretty okay otherwise. BTW Mazuma said I could opt out of ads. They did for a while but it never stuck. Pretty soon I was seeing full screen ads again. BIG DISTRACTION.
