EDIT!! The mobile deposit is horrible. Not a 24/7 option, and always "Not connected to internet or Not able to display you're information at this time. It's 2022. I should be able to electronically deposit a check any time of the day without it having to be reviewed. ESPECIALLY is it's from the same damn company on the same damn schedule! Ridiculous. Then I have to wait and see if they even accepted it because of 3 different excuses made by the app.

Been with this bank over 25 yrs. They used to be the best but not anymore. Too many changes. Bill Pay used to be great. Now it sucks. They never take anything out on time and then you end up paying late fees. Now the new app has glitches and doesn't allow you to log out. you yes logout and then hit the back button and your account is still there..

Very easy to transfer funds to different people and accounts. One problem I have is after I received my monthly statement and pay the current amount due I later get a amount due more than what I already paid. My recent payment due was for $14.73 which I paid I on the 14th. Later today when I checked my account to make sure it posted, I see that a amount of $69.95 was also due now. It showed as been added on 12/01, but was not included on my current statement. I still like the system. Confused??
