I have a yearly subscription, which is pricey. Applets lose connectivity at least once a day. When it works it's good, but it's too expensive for such an unreliable product. Update - Takes about a week at best for Daniel to respond to your email asking for help. He's asked some basic questions but has offered no solution or suggestions. I lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1. If I get some support, I'll modify the rating accordingly.

When it works it's fantastic. But then applets decide to randomly stop working. To get it working again sometimes turning them off and on works. Not usually, but sometimes. Sometimes you have to recreate it once. Sometimes you have to recreate it multiple times and hope one of them decides to work. Then they introduced plans. Hah! Yeah right.

I haven't used it in years; came back to see that it's now more expensive than Google One or Microsoft 365, combined. Free users are limited to 2 automations, making it essentially useless. I wouldn't mind paying a one-time fee to unlock abilities, but the subscription model stuff is predatory. If you guys set up a donation site (like a Patreon equivalent), I'm sure tech sector geeks would gladly do that. For the rest of us working-class stiffs, this is not affordable.
