I have very minimal experience with editing videos, I wanted something user friendly and this is it! It also doesn’t seem to deprive the more experienced audience from personalizing their videos in a more complex way either, since my sister, who is an experienced video editor, also loves this app. I emailed the makers of the app a while back about the possibility of being able to extract audio, which they said wasn’t an option at this time. I just noticed that they’ve added that in and I am THRILLED! Not only is that a great feature to add in, but the fact that they took the time to genuinely read my email and consider adding that option tells you how great of a team they must have. This will forever be my go to!!

I discovered this app a few years ago so that I could use it to edit simple videos for myself, and I instantly fell in love with it. I am only writing a review now because I am redowloading it and it just came to my mind. I would just like to tell any newcomers that need a fast, easy, (and free!) video editor, then Video Recorder is your go-to. It does everything that iMovie can do and more, and the experience is great. I have seen zero ads in this app ever, it has a good layout, there are no watermarks (except for one that appears at the end of your videos that you can turn off)and it is all completely free at the same time. It would be impossible to tell you everything that is better than iMovie or other free editors out there, but you should definitely at least give Video Recorder a try.

This is my first review on an app, ever. I'm very impressed with Video Recorder and this is the only video editing app that I use. It has many pro transitions, as well as other editing tools such as effects and stickers. I do have suggestions, add an undo button (if there's not already one.) Otherwise, I like it!
