Manage your smart home access with ease: The igloohome app lets you control your igloohome smart locks and keyboxes from anywhere. Grant visitors access (PIN code or Bluetooth key) for specific durations via email, SMS, Whatsapp, or other platforms. Track access logs to see who entered your property.

Convenience for everyone: Customise your lock's behaviour to suit your lifestyle. In "Home" mode, the auto-unlock feature is temporarily disabled to prevent accidental unlocks. In "Away" mode, the auto-unlock feature is activated, ensuring convenient access when you return home.

Airbnb made simple: Synchronise your Airbnb account and let the app generate unique PIN codes for each guest upon booking confirmation. These PIN codes are valid only for the booked period, eliminating key exchanges and lost key hassles.

2 months of use and the app is horrible. It will not auto unlock, no matter what perimeter I choose. I've gotten false notifications that the door is unlocked. This is unsettling when you live alone. The notifications are persistent and can't be cleared without opening the app. You can't access the data log unless you're in "close proximity". That could be a safety factor. What if an intruder entered during my absence. I strongly suggest using any other lock. This one is the worst I've used.

Customer Service was very helpful. I bought this thinking it was new, but it had been set up by someone and then returned. So when I got the lockbox I was unable to use it at all. Called customer service and they were able to execute a process so I could get the lock under my app for me. Relatively painless once all was said and done!

I don't understand why is there a need for timeout on the account login. Frustrating that every now and then we have to login to the app. App also requires internet to operate the lock. I find that is not necessary. One year on and I still face the timeout issue. Now, with the latest version, I can unlock my lock on the Home page. I have to tap and access the lock before i can unlock. From bad to worse.
