Difficulty in login in by mobile number. It is saying that this mobile number has been registered with two accounts. In such cases, both the accounts should be merged by itself. When I process by OTP on official mail ID, it is not showing any progress in the course. Even after completion of the course it is showing 0%. PROFILE SECTION has been COMPLICATED unnecessarily. Our mobile number and official mail ID have already been provided in ehrms, then why profile section is so much complicated?
