Ratings and reviews

I'm going to uninstall IGP as soon as I get a pending refund. The service has gone down the drain. For my 3rd last order, the delivery was extremely late and I had to fight with a customer service agent on WhatsApp to get a refund on the express delivery fee. For the 2nd last order, I couldn't even place it because the app crashed repeatedly. For the latest one, they called to say that they can't deliver today, and can't even reschedule to the next day for an early morning delivery. Horrible!

Very disappointed with the IGP app service. Weplaced 30+ orders for our Women’s Day celebration at our company. For one order, the amount was deducted but no Order ID was generated. I shared all transaction details with the support team, but I still haven’t received any update. Additionally, I ordered another caricature last week with a delivery date of 14-03-2026, but it has still not been delivered. Poor customer support and unreliable service. Please think twice before ordering from this app.

Their post order experience is so bad. I wasted my 2 3 hours with their support just to explain to them that by mistake , they sent a wrong photo on the caricature. Instead of sending a replacement or refund, they are giving me 10% discount for my next order. After wasting more hours with them, they decided to give 20% discount. I don't want a discount, I told them just send the correct order as it's their mistake. But no, they are not ready to accept their mistake.
