ihdaa – Send a Gift

ihdaa

About this app

Give from the heart. Let them choose the moment.

ihdaa is a digital gifting platform. Choose a café or shop they love, pick what to send — a voucher of any value, or specific items like their favourite coffee — add your message, and send it to their mobile number in a moment. They receive a link on WhatsApp, open it, and show the code or QR at the counter when they are ready.

HOW IT WORKS
• Browse shops and cafés and pick a gift
• Send a voucher of any value, or build a small basket of items from one shop
• Add a message, sign it with your name or send it anonymously
• Pay securely by card
• The recipient gets a link on WhatsApp — no app needed to receive a gift
• They redeem at the shop with a code or QR, all at once or a little at a time

NO EXPIRY
A gift on ihdaa never expires. Whatever is not used today stays there for next time.

FOR THE RECIPIENT
Install the app and verify your number once, and every gift ever sent to you appears under My Gifts — with the balance remaining, the shop's branches and the message that came with it. You can pass a gift on to someone else.

FOR SHOPS AND CAFÉS
Shop owners and staff sign in to the same app in business mode to redeem gifts by scanning a QR code or typing a code, to sell gifts over the counter, and to see what has been redeemed.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Community societies and organisations fund gifts through ihdaa and share them with the families they support, who choose the shop, the moment and what they need. Less waste, more dignity.

IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH
The whole app is available in both languages.
