When a customer calls and the call is missed, CallCatch automatically sends a polite text message asking for job details. The AI assistant then helps qualify the lead by collecting information such as job type, postcode, urgency, and availability.

Tradespeople can view, manage, and respond to leads inside the CallCatch dashboard, helping them secure more work without needing to answer every call immediately.

Compliance & Messaging Policy:

CallCatch only sends SMS messages in response to missed inbound calls initiated by a customer. Users control messaging behaviour and communication settings. The app does not send unsolicited marketing messages or bulk SMS campaigns.

Data & Privacy:

CallCatch may collect account information, business contact details, phone numbers used for SMS communication, and message delivery metadata. CallCatch does not record phone calls or store call audio.

Data is processed using trusted infrastructure providers including Supabase, Twilio, Stripe, and Vercel.

AI Usage:

CallCatch uses AI to analyse SMS responses, suggest replies, and assist with lead qualification. All AI-generated responses remain user-controlled.
