Honestly speaking I have been using this broadband service over 3 years now. And honestly I have quite a good experience with their service. In 2022 I have face most number of downtime. One I recall was over 80hrs. that's horrible. But over the years their reliability of service has increased. In 2023 I've not faced that kind of downtime, but faced some slight 2-6hrs downtime. And now it's 2024. Let's hope 🤞 for the best. That's complete experience based on their services on my area. #FTTH🌐

I had issue with OTP during login but the problem was fixed after some time. This app brings the convenience of recharging from a smartphone without the need for logging into alliance client page from pc. But it is very basic. The recharge plans are not well organised. Live TV has very few channels. Good initiative but expecting some upgrade in future.

Worst decision you can make choosing this company. Their service is worst. If you face any kind of issues they just tells you ok we will try to fix but never comes. No internet shows many times during a day. Last 10 days I'm facing no internet from 11am to 5pm no response. Worst service provider. Better give it -5 Star
