Terrible!!! Can't even log in. It would be great if you made the app usable so very your company is so stingy with sending out paper insurance cards. I had to screenshot the cards on my desktop to have a record of my new policy info. Really frustrating!!!

Read thru a few reviews. I have to agree with every one of them. Even with a fully paid account, app won't let you in. Gives u an error message & tells ù to "reload" the app. & of course u get stuck in the Neverending App nightmare...Then u try calling & a cheerful voice recording encourages u to do your claim online that way, it will be MUCH quicker ....( have the crisis hotline number handy, u will need it after a few painful hours with this company)

Worst insurance app I've ever tried to use... what's the point of having a application to manage your insurance and keep your insurance cards mobile if it won't even let you sign in. AllState(the parent company)we're not really in good hands 🙌 are we 🤔
