Would like to give 0 star but there is no option, that much worst experience. Trying almost 1 month to login their app. Can't reset password, I don't know for what purpose they have this application and website. Anyone better go through all the reviews before purchase.

The approval process is taking excessively long, and it gives the impression of intentional delay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their health insurance. The customer service team often answers calls only to disconnect without providing assistance. 👎👎👎
