A comprehensive guide to all the Gymkhana happenings at IIT BHU!
Are you getting lost searching for the next exciting workshop among the endless torrent of emails and chats? Are you wondering when the next fest is, without seeing any posters stuck on every corner of the institute? Are you curious about a workshop/club but don’t know whom to contact? Fear not - ‘Lite Hai’ is here to make it lite again!
Features:
● All information about the Gymkhana councils, clubs, and the important things that make IIT BHU what it is. Social media handles, the people in charge, how to reach them, etc.
● Updates on fests like Technex, Spardha, Kashiyatra, and FMC Weekend. Also shown will be: details of workshops, map location, resources with proper descriptions, and visuals (will be updated by PoRs regularly).
● Log in through your institute mail id to access the app. A Guest mode is also available for those who want to taste a little of the IIT BHU life.
● You can subscribe to the clubs/entities you are interested in, to get regular notifications about their workshops/events. These are also added to your calendar so that you don’t miss out on anything.
● Details and contact info about the PoRs and point(s) of contact for workshops/events are provided in every section.
● Has a noticeboard where all the notices are added so that no one misses any important notices.
● Also has a dedicated interactive map of IIT BHU with all the important
locations marked on them.
● Features an academic page where you can get study materials, acad schedule, and info about proffs and HOD of any branch.
● Sports a parliament page, where you can give out suggestion to parliament, where updates about the committees is posted. It also has the contact details of the committees.
● A grievance page, where you can inform the authorities/parliament about any grievance you have, and see the status of your grievances in real time.
● A lost and found page, where you can fill out an simple form if you lose/find an item.
