Calee is a unified calendar and event management application developed for the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. It simplifies scheduling and communication by integrating academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities into a single, centralized platform. By replacing the need for multiple tools, Calee reduces confusion, minimizes scheduling conflicts, and improves overall campus coordination.

The app supports four distinct user roles—students, faculty, administrators, and club secretaries—each with tailored features to support their specific responsibilities.

Students can view class schedules, exam dates, mess menus, and campus events through a personalized dashboard. They can also manage personal activities and participate in or lead student clubs, organizing events and group communications as needed.

Faculty members can access their course lists, class timetables, and student enrollments. The app also assists in scheduling extra sessions and identifying free time slots to avoid conflicts, improving academic planning and flexibility.

Administrators can manage users, courses, holidays, timetables, and event calendars through an intuitive interface. The system supports efficient oversight of semester planning, club registration, and institutional communication, reducing manual workload.

Club secretaries are provided tools to manage events, create student groups, handle memberships, and send targeted notifications to members, fostering better engagement and organization.

All users have access to a centralized calendar that displays role-specific events and provides quick access to institutional resources. Designed specifically for IIT Ropar, Calee delivers an organized, user-friendly solution for managing campus life with clarity and efficiency.
