WorCa — Work Shift Manager

WorCa is a mobile app for Android designed to help you organize and view your work shift schedule easily and seamlessly.

Monthly Calendar
The main screen displays a clear and easy-to-read monthly calendar. Each day shows the assigned shift initials and a marker if there are any notes. You can navigate between months using arrows or jump directly to any month and year.

Day Management
Tap any day to assign a shift, add personal notes, and set a reminder with up to four advance notice periods: 10 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week. Tap and hold a day to activate multi-selection and assign the same shift to multiple days at once.

Customizable Shift Catalog
Create and manage your own shift library with names, initials, background and text colors, start and end times, and special tags for days off or vacations.

Reports
The reports screen displays summaries of shifts and days worked, filterable by date range, so you can review your history or plan ahead.

Reminders and Notifications
The app schedules local notifications on your device for days with set reminders. Notifications can be enabled or disabled from the side menu.

Customization
Support for light and dark mode, Spanish and English language options, and four visual scaling levels (S/M/L/XL) that adjust text sizes and spacing throughout the interface to suit your reading preferences.
