The app on Android Samsung galaxy s22+ is glitchy. The choices show check marked but final order doesn't show it. For example, the sandwhich "name of girl im dating" it shows i check marked no honey mustard, but the next screen it does not show my choice, so you have to add instructions and hope store sees it. Also, your saved card doesn't work to pay, and in order to complete order you have to delete it then put your card again for it to work or it glitches and you have to start over.

Love the food, but app leaves a lot to be desired. Biggest complaint is inability to have more than one CC on file. We order often for both personal & work lunches, on different cards. But can't switch back & forth - have to delete info and enter new every time, which isn't worth it. Would also be nice to be able to edit an item from the cart - e.g. make a change to bread or condiments if we notice something got missed (or upgrade to meal deal) but no - have to delete item and start all over.

Used this for a couple years, and had mostly negative experiences. Pro: The app works as a punch card, and 10 punches gets you 10 dollars off an order. Also, most promotions they run rely on using the app. Cons: Super buggy. Only small part of the menu is available. Also, in addition to 3.99 delivery fee, there's a 1.99 convenience fee for using the app, regardless of carryout or delivery. Just use Doordash: that's who they use to deliver, but much cheaper and more options through them.
