The food is fine. This app needs work. There is no option to make a meal in the app. Adding a soda and chips separately comes out to $4.50, which is $1.50 more than a meal upgrade. In addition, sandwiches come with additional toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.) by default, but there's no place I can modify these toppings, or know they're on the sandwich by default from the app. Also, navigating the menu takes too many clicks to add new items. And can't modify items in cart. Please fix this.

The latest overhaul is absurd.. I've never seen a worse instance of a company taking a decent app that got the job done and replacing it with an absolute dumpster fire. Bugs everywhere. UI is like a modern art parody. Map doesn't load. Menu items are organized in bizarre ways and don't list ingredients. Can't select more than one "free upon request" item. The list goes on. What were you guys thinking?

Used this for a couple years, and had mostly negative experiences. Pro: The app works as a punch card, and 10 punches gets you 10 dollars off an order. Also, most promotions they run rely on using the app. Cons: Super buggy. Only small part of the menu is available. Also, in addition to 3.99 delivery fee, there's a 1.99 convenience fee for using the app, regardless of carryout or delivery. Just use Doordash: that's who they use to deliver, but much cheaper and more options through them.
