About this app

iKilit – Smart Board Lock and Management System

iKilit is a locally developed software designed to simplify the security and management of smart boards in schools.
Developed by the İLKSMS software team, the system is fully compatible with Windows 7–11 and Pardus 19+.

Activation is required for the iKilit application to become active. Installation and activation steps are detailed in the description. Please review carefully.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH i-Kilit?
🔐 QR Unlock
Teachers can unlock the board in seconds by scanning a QR code with the mobile app.
The system automatically generates a single-use code even without internet access.

🔑 Secure Login with a USB Key
The USB key, created specifically for each teacher, is only valid in their own school and cannot be copied by students.

📢 Announcement and News Board
The lock screen can be used as a digital notice board. Announcements and visuals sent from the admin panel are instantly displayed in all classrooms.

🖥️ Screen Monitoring & Remote Management
Administrators can monitor all smart boards instantly from a single panel and remotely lock or unlock them.

⏱️ Scheduled On/Off
Offers automatic on and off support based on the class schedule. The board is turned on before class begins and automatically locked during recess.

📋 e-Attendance Integration
iKilit integrates with the İLKSMS e-Attendance module. Teachers can take attendance directly from the board, and absence information can be transferred to the administration.

After installation, you must contact us for activation.
The board will not turn on and the application will not work without activation.

A free 14-day trial license will be assigned to your school.
