About this app

Ikonic Work puts your workday on your phone. Clock in, request time off, approve what's waiting on you, stay in touch with your team, and open the business apps your company uses — all in one place, in English or Arabic.

YOUR DAY
• Clock in and out, and track your shift
• Request leave, excuses and overtime, and follow their status
• See what's assigned to you and what needs your approval
• View your payslips

YOUR TEAM
• Message colleagues one to one, with photos and voice notes
• Follow company announcements and moments on the Connect feed
• Browse the team directory

LEARNING
• Take assigned courses and track your progress
• Read or watch lessons at your own pace

YOUR COMPANY'S APPS
Depending on what your employer has enabled and what you have permission to see:
• Sales — leads, opportunities, quotations, orders and customers
• Procurement — vendors, requests, purchase orders and goods receipt
• Talents — job orders, candidates and interviews
• Workforce — attendance, leave and team records
• Finance, payroll, inventory, products, bookings, cases, marketing, performance, loyalty, properties and transportation

ASK PANDA
An in-app assistant that answers questions about your work and helps you get things done, by typing or by voice.

LOCATION
If your employer uses location features, the app records your location while a shift is active so clock-ins can be verified against your scheduled site. This runs only during a shift, a notification is visible the whole time, and the app works without it if you decline.

REQUIREMENTS
Ikonic Work is for employees of companies that use Ikonic ERP. You will need an account from your employer to sign in.
