About this app

Iksan City operates the "Iksan Ansim-i Service" to create a safe city for women, youth, and children. This mobile app aims to foster a sense of safety among citizens and maximize the effectiveness of CCTV installations for crime prevention.

First, if you feel unsafe late at night, on your way home from work or school, or in a deserted alley, please launch the app in advance.

Second, if the app is running, your GPS location will be transmitted to registered guardians and the Iksan City Integrated Control Center via CCTV.

Third, in the event of an emergency, press the emergency button or shake your smartphone, then go to the nearest CCTV location shown on the map to report the emergency. This service allows you to monitor the security CCTV and dispatch the police to the scene.

※ Depending on the location (indoors, underground, near tall buildings, etc.), your location information may not be displayed or may vary in accuracy due to poor smartphone GPS reception.

※ In addition, if there is no CCTV nearby or there are many users connected at the same time, CCTV monitoring and real-time response may be difficult when CCTV control personnel are prioritizing other emergency situations.
