준비 호흡을 실제 프리다이빙 루틴대로 다시 만들었어요.

- 브리드업 → 늘어짐 → 수동 날숨 → 최종 흡기 → 성문 잠금, 실제 순서와 시간 그대로 안내합니다.
- 최종 흡기는 배 → 갈비 → 쇄골 순서로, 폐 게이지가 85~90%에서 멈추도록 잡아줍니다. 그 위 구간은 들어가지 않습니다.
- 단계가 바뀔 때마다 진동으로 알려줘 눈을 감고도 따라갈 수 있습니다.
- 순서를 끝까지 따라가면 산소가 가득 찬 상태로 입수합니다. 오래 붙잡고 있다고 더 채워지지 않습니다.
- 호흡 안내 시간이 실제 초와 정확히 맞도록 개선했습니다.
