When it worked there were ads just to turn on/off the products that you already paid for. Now I can't figure out any way to even get the app to successfully start up. If nothing changes I've just wasted so much money since I used these to decorate two gaming areas ** Update: after three days the app is back up and running so at least theres that. **

I had no issues setting up my 6 piece cololight hexagon set, everything was working wonderfully but the APP is a nightmare. I am now unable to login via the app due to a required phone update. I've tried to reset my password, create a new account, etc. The lights are absolutely gorgeous and I love the product, but I can't enjoy more than one color since the APP is the only way to access any other color options.

This app has gotten pretty bad. A while ago it used to work as intended. A little buggy at times but overall it would work. Then they shoved a ton of ads down everyone's throats. Now I can barely connect to my lights, when I do and try to change the effect it says Network Timed Out most of the time, and my lights have needed an update for a while now but no matter what I do (close the app and reopen, unplug the lights and replug, reboot my home network, reboot my phone) it just will not update.
