So far, pretty darn good. Similar to Mirror Lab, but with more effects. I'm using screen recording to make videos, but the paid version is supposed to do that better. I'm thinking about getting the paid version, either monthly, or the complete purchase of $40+. I've used Mirror Lab to make videos I've put on YouTube, with added music, all done on my phone.
Hi and thanks for your review! You can generate or record videos in the free version. There is a quick how to in the FAQ (top right menu) and tutorials also linked from the top right menu.

It could be amazing, but it's impossible to sort out the effects I'll never use from the ones I want. Every time I use the app I have to click through like 10 separate menus to find the one I want, and they are not sorted or labeled intuitively. If you're going to bury everything within different folders, at least give me the option of saving a set of "favorite" filters and settings. The FAQ was no help and there is nothing I could find on the internet about how to save custom effects.

Thanks for your review! All these points are indeed things that I want to improve on. In particular, having a favorite group of effects.

I understand the need to monetize but locking certain effects (some really basic/simple ones, too?) that you have already made and released for free in other apps now under a paywall seems a bit bad. The purchase to increase the quality is already worth it in and of itself to me, so maybe you could cut back on just how much stuff youre making unavailable in the free version. Thank you so much for offering a onetime purchase option as an alternative to the subscription. Please never remove that.
