ILJU is the Korean birth chart app that reads your saju in plain English, new every day.

For 600+ years, Korea has read a person from the year, month, day, and hour they were born. Reading a birth chart was once a subject on Korea's civil service exam. ILJU draws that as a saju chart (four pillars, eight letters) and explains it. Your zodiac animal is one of those eight letters.

If you know it by another name

English books call them the four pillars of destiny. If you came looking for Korean astrology, Korean fortune telling, or a saju calculator, this is it. A natal chart in Western astrology starts from the sky. Saju starts from the calendar, down to the hour you were born. ILJU draws the chart, then explains it. Korean horoscope is an easier name for the same thing.

Saju is read from a place as well as a time, and yours probably was not Seoul. ILJU accounts for your longitude, your time zone, daylight saving, and true solar time before it draws a single letter. Born in Lagos, Lima, or Leeds, you get the chart that belongs to that place and that hour.

Your face and your palm, on the same screen

Hold your camera up to your face, or open your palm to it. ILJU reads what it sees and puts the face reading or palm reading next to your chart. The photo is not saved. Only the reading is. Face and palm readings open on your 18th birthday.

Tap anything you do not know

Any word that looks technical is one tap from a plain definition. The chart is calculated by an engine, not invented. An AI then writes the reading from what the engine found.

What smiles are for

Written readings cost smiles. You can buy a pack if you would rather not wait. A membership opens your chart readings, so they stop costing smiles. Face, palm, and two-person readings are included a set number of times each month.
