Ratings and reviews

Excellent registration process which gave me access to my account in around half an hour. There are still things to polish, like the fact that I didn't receive any notification about the account confirmation, the slow login and the continuous loading of different pages. Otherwise, congrats. I think it has potential to be a lot more useful than the traditional banks in Italy.

This bank is next level. Activation of the account is very easy and fast. The App is well structured, fast, and you are able to connect other ban accounts (like N26) to your main account to monitor all your movements. Customer support is very professional. Highly recommend this online bank. Well done illimity!

The onboarding process is easier compared to other Italian banks, but still ages behind compared to the mainstream neobanks like N26 or Revolut. It has been 1 week since I applied for the account, and there are no news or updates regarding the status of my application. I reached the customer support to ask about the status, but they had no information at all or simply didn't want to inform me. Edit: Now the customer service doesn't even respond to me anymore. I'm changing my rating to 1 star.
