I'd give it a 1 but it will work. It is super confusing for a new grower and does not work properly. It changes recipes you make and also during power outages nothing comes back properly.in fact it doesn't come back on without you being there. It is very terrible and the light itself is pretty fire. It has issues of flickering so fast humans can't see it. I wish I got a different light.

Complete trash . I have 65 Dragon Alpha's hooked up in a commercial grow and the app has completely stopped working. As of today it no longer boots up and I have lost access to around $90,000 worth of lights. Not to mention the fact that I've had to warranty exchange about half of these due to them randomly breaking without any signs of wear. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The app is... Edit* There's an initial awe factor but after utilizing the light for a few cycles I've noticed multiple shortcomings of the system. The app crashes frequently, the app and light don't always communicate properly (I often have to close and reopen it), my tempo hasn't worked and won't load recipes (I have had two power outages and both times the tempo didn't store the recipe - tried reconfiguring the tempo to no avail), the light only works w/ the app. Needs a manual backup/control.
