My Cisco cable box was not listed on the menu. I sent an email to this app as directed for help and the email was rejected because the inbox was ful.l I could not get a resolution to the problem so it doesn't work for me.

Good. Cannot use all the features of the remote but better than buying a new or generic remote. The App has to restart some times
