The official illy app is designed to give exclusive benefits to those who have chosen loyalty to excellence and to offer new services to illy coffee lovers. When you download the App and register, you can access the illy world and:
- choose to join the ILLY LOVERS loyalty program, a true journey through taste: with every purchase on illy.com and at the illy Caffès or illy Shops, you can earn hearts and take advantage of exclusive benefits;
- find points of sale where you can taste or purchase illy products, as well as identify those participating in the ILLY LOVERS loyalty program using the Locator; and
- discover content reserved for members of the illy world, including our recipes and our exclusive promotions.

Ratings and reviews

It's s good looking, visual app, fun features and runs ok. But sometimes it crashes or the app flashes a blank screen while loading a few times before settling down. Only launched in September, so hopefully updates will improve the user experience. Cant order coffee in app (like Nespresso). I like the recipe section but whoever wrote them needs to write them clearer with punctuation.

Wanted an easier way to view my subscription but this just opens the web page which doesn't have you logged in. Not useful at all. Subscription process is very confusing. Love the coffee but your tech needs all the help.
