Ratings and reviews

I don't normally post negative reviews, but a Complete waste of time and money. "Guide Operation" was useless, nothing is clear and there was no supporting info about the actual camera itself. Downloaded app and it kept shutting down. Explanation was because of a bug. Took a chance and uninstalled and then reinstalled it. Guides instructions to pair with phone didn't make sense. All I get is a blinking blue lite from the camera and nothing else. Not even sure why I even gave it 1 star...

8 weeks ago my boyfriend purchased a small set of cameras they're supposed to be wireless and they're supposed to be able to connect to our devices though that happened once there is no brand or off brand name on product or package or on the generic undiscriptive instructions had us scan QR to downloaded this app I'm sure they are connected . I told him to contact the online store and he isn't the complaining type . Though I am this generic platform is no better then the cheap but expensi

App constantly crashes for no reason, after you setup your cam sometimes it shows no cameras have been added, crashes during recording, no working cloud saving function, I could keep on going...
